Peyton Manning Injury
INDIANAPOLIS - Indianapolis Colts owner Jim Irsay has not been shy about using Twitter to share their thoughts.
Not this time - and certainly not when it comes to the health of their star quarterback.
Hours after a local sports talk radio host Peyton Manning Twitter would require a second surgery on his neck hurt, prompting more speculation about the first day of the state of Manning, Irsay said through his favorite place in the media media.
"There nothing2say on the status of Peyton, unless we move with caution No deliberately projecting beyond day2day, n the healing process of recovery," wrote Irsay.
It was almost as wise as the Colts owner has been in their posts.
In July, used Twitter to announce Irsay Manning signed a five-year, $ 90 million. In August, wrote that he was in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, home to Brett Favre, prompting speculation that Favre was trying to bring out of retirement to be back up Manning. That did not happen. He also announced the signing of 16-year NFL veteran Kerry Collins at the site.
But Irsay's latest publication came amid new reports on the availability of potential swirling Manning for the match of the season Sunday in Houston.
After the original publication, ESPN reported that Manning was expected to see more doctors by slow recovery. Presumably, Manning has been seeing doctors regularly since taking up his new contract on July 30, because team officials have repeatedly said Manning would not be permitted to practice without the consent of doctors.
Manning began training camp on the physically unable to perform list as he continues recovering from surgery to repair a nerve in the neck, although it was seen by journalists running and shooting at the camp.
